When struggling with disabilities, illness, and (dare I say…the thing we all do) age; finding a healthy balance is really hard to do.

Being a disabled veteran with a fairly recent diagnosis of lupus has really turned my world upside down.  You know, that roller coaster with a lot of complete loops (and sometimes through water).  So…I am starting on a new (or just different) path to once again find the healthy balance that my life needs.
